Ingredients of Buffalo Chicken Sub
- Prepare 3 of chicken breasts.
- Prepare 4 of Sub rolls.
- Prepare 1 cup of Buffalo sauce.
- It's 1 packages of Hidden Valley Ranch.
- Prepare 2 cup of Shredded Cheese (I used Mozzarella).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Canola Oil.
Buffalo Chicken Sub instructions
- Cube Chicken breast & coat with dried Ranch Packet (I marinated the chicken while we were at ftball practice).
- Oil large pan with 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil..
- Add Chicken & fry till no longer pink..
- Add 1 cup of Buffalo Sauce to Chicken & stir frequently. About 15/20 until sauce slightly reduces..
- I toasted the sub rolls while waiting for sauce to reduce, but that's totally up to you..
- Dressed toasted rolls with ranch dressing (my son used mayo instead).
- Place Buffalo chicken mixture on rolls & topped with Shredded Mozzarella. Lettuce & tomatoes are optional. Hope you enjoy 😉.
